1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Follower IQ (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these Terms, don’t use the Service. Using the Service — even just generating a free strategy report — counts as acceptance.

2. About Follower IQ

Follower IQ is an AI-powered social media strategy platform that analyzes your business through a short questionnaire and produces a personalized strategy report — including content topics, hook formulas, a 30-day blueprint, hashtag strategy, a profile audit, and a Strategy Score — for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others. The Service is built for local businesses, content creators, and online brands that want to grow their audience and generate leads.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Don’t share your password or let anyone else use your account.

4. Your Business Information & Content

When you complete the questionnaire, you share information about your business, your audience, your goals, and your current social media habits. You’re responsible for that information being accurate and for having the right to share it. You grant Follower IQ a non-exclusive license to use that information to generate your strategy report and improve the Service. We will never sell your personal information — see our Privacy Policy for the details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit content that is false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or that violates anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its systems, or its data.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell strategy reports generated by the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate any person or brand.

6. Intellectual Property

Follower IQ, its name, logo, design, software, and the methodology behind its strategy reports are our intellectual property. You keep ownership of everything you submit. The strategy report we generate for you is yours to use for your own business — but the underlying framework and templates remain ours.

7. AI-Generated Strategy Reports

Our strategy reports are generated by artificial intelligence based on the answers you provide. They are strategic guidance, not a guarantee of any specific result — follower growth, engagement, leads, or revenue depend on your execution, your niche, and factors outside our control. Use the recommendations as a starting point and apply your own judgment.

8. Paid Services & Subscriptions

The core strategy report is free. We may offer paid services — including done-for-you management, discovery calls, and subscription plans. Any paid service has its own terms presented at checkout, including fees, billing cycle, and cancellation policy. Payments are processed through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Follower IQ references platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for strategy purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners, and their own terms govern your use of those platforms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any strategy report will produce a particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follower IQ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Follower IQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be surfaced more prominently.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or we believe your conduct harms the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these Terms remain in effect for anything that accrued before.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Follower IQ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
